We are excited to offer a weekend in Broken Bow coupled with Beginner & Intermediate Mahjong Training. 

Itinerary 
Your weekend will kickoff Friday, January 23, 2026 at 4:00pm with cabin checkin (see bedroom assignments below)

You may explore the town if you arrive early and grab some dinner while out. 
Each cabin will have a charcuterie with some light snack items and a few bottles of wine for the evening meet n greet at 8:00pm.

Saturday, January 24, meet at the clubhouse (it's a 2-minute walk) for your training session. 
The clubhouse opens at 9:00am. A champagne brunch will be served.
Training will be at 10:00am - 1:00pm

Saturday afternoon - you can explore the area. There are many hikes, trails, and the clubhouse on property, should you choose not to go off property to explore. The town has a new casino, many places to shop, eat, and explore. There are several coffee shops, candy stores, as well as some adventurous activities such as ziplining, ATVs, horseback, and more.

We have booked a complimentary wine tasting at the infamous Girls Gone Wine!

Saturday evening, we will gather back at the clubhouse for a teaching style friendly game of Mahjong with several card tables setup to play.

Sunday, join us at the clubhouse for coffee, donuts, and of course... Mahjong.
Checkout is 11:00am Sunday, January 25th. 

The layout:
Both cabins will be equipped with stations to use your skills and play each other in several games of Mahjong. 

PRIZES will be in abundance!

Sleeping arrangements:

Cabin 1:

Cabin 2:

We will have 2 cabins within a short walk of eachother available to occupy (pending the number that sign up). Each cabin sleeps 12. Both cabins have a King bedroom on 1st with ensuite shower and bathtub. While the room is private, the bathroom is expected to be shared by all. 

Each cabin has a 2nd floor with a King bedroom ensuite toilet and shower. This King will be occupied by 2 people. There is a hall entrance to this bathroom from the bunkroom. 

The bunkroom has two oversized twin beds over 2 Queen beds (these will be occupied by 2 people in the queen, 1 in the twin). 

In cabin 1, there is an oversized chair in the bunk room that pulls out to a twin bed. And an "under the stairs" twin bed with a mattress on the floor (very private). 

In cabin 2, there are two twin beds, on platforms, in the 3rd story crows nest.

Both cabins have a 3rd story loft. In cabin 1, there are 2 nugget couches, arcade, TV, and it is a play / lounge area. 

The 3rd story, in both cabins, have steeper stairs than typical.

All tiles, tables, racks, and instruction will be provided. There is no need to bring your own set. However, if you have them, feel free to bring them!
